Permits and Entry Rules for Indian Travellers

• No Visa Required: Indian citizens generally do not need a visa for Bhutan. However, they need a valid Bhutan entry permit for legal entry.
• Accepted Documents: You can carry either a valid Indian passport with at least 6 months' validity or the original Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission of India, also keep recent passport-size photographs with yourself.

As for the time, the 165-km Bagdogra–Phuentsholing journey takes around 4.5 to 5 hours. In this journey, you will pass through Siliguri, Sevoke, Dooars, Malbazar, Hasimara and Jaigaon. After crossing the Jaigaon–Phuentsholing border, Thimphu is approximately 176 km away, requiring around 6–8 hours by road. With this journey, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Dooars landscapes. However, it takes longer than flying to Paro and may require an overnight stay.

• Less than 10 days prior to travel date: 100% of the package price will be charged.
• 10 days and above but less than 20 days: 50% of the package price will be charged.
• 20 days and above but less than 30 days: 40% of the package price will be charged.
• 30 days and above: 20% of the package price will be charged.

Force Majeure: In case of Paro weather changes, the route to Thimphu–Punakha highway closures, any natural disasters, or government restrictions, we need to make additional arrangements. Therefore, any extra night, meals, transport, or related costs will be borne by the traveller unless covered by the service provider or travel insurance.

Super Peak Season Policy

Credit Note Facility

• In exceptional cases, a Credit Note equivalent to the amount paid till date may be issued.
• The credit note will be valid for 3 to 6 months from the date of issue (validity may vary based on the sector and travel period).
• The credit note facility will be applicable only after a detailed review and discussion, and upon submission of all required supporting documents against the claim.
• The approval of such credit notes will be at the sole discretion of the company.

Refund Terms

• For bookings made directly through us, any refundable amount (if applicable) will be processed within ? working days to the original payment account.
• If the refund is not received within 7 working days, the guest may submit a refund request via email mentioning: Name of the Booking Person, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code.
