These terms and conditions apply to online bookings you make with a consultant (instore, over the phone or via email) and through our website. These Terms govern our relationship with you. Once we accept a booking from you on behalf of a supplier, you will also have a separate contract with the supplier, which will be governed by other terms. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of those other terms.

● Explore TouristHub Holidays offers a Credit Note facility that is valid for a duration of 3 to 6 months, depending on the destination and season.
● Guests can utilize the full amount paid to date for future travel plans within this time frame. Please consult your representative to opt for the postponed Credit Note facility.
● Individual hotel cancellation and refund policies may supersede the above cancellation policy.
