These terms and conditions apply to online bookings you make with a consultant (instore, over the phone or via email) and through our website. These Terms govern our relationship with you. Once we accept a booking from you on behalf of a supplier, you will also have a separate contract with the supplier, which will be governed by other terms. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of those other terms.

CHILD POLICY:
• Child Below 5 yrs. complimentary
• Child 5 -10 yrs. without extra bed will be treated as Child no Bed. And a nominal cost will be charged as per booking.
• Child above 10 years with an extra bed sharing room will be considered as 1 Guest.

ABOUT ROOM
• For 2 Guests travelling together we provide 1 room on double occupancy.
• For 3 Guests travelling together we provide 1 room on triple occupancy with an extra mattress/bed.
• For 4 Guests travelling together we provide 2 rooms on double occupancy.
• For 5 Guests travelling together we provide 1 room on double and 1 on triple occupancy with an extra mattress.
• For 6 Guests travelling together we provide 3 rooms on double occupancy. AND SO ON...

ABOUT TRANSPORT:
• In exclusive package for 1 to 3 Guests travelling together we provide Indica/Wagon/ swift desire.
• In standard package for 4 to 6 Guests travelling together we provide Scorpio/Xylo/Innova.
• In fixed date departure packages for 7 to 10 Guests travelling together we provide Winger/Tempo traveler.

Payment Policy:
• Every booking confirmation to be Intimated through Mail and accompanied with Company Service Voucher Copy Issued to the Guest.
• 50% advance payment (100% for super peak time) is required to get the booking confirmation.
• 100% Payment to be made 10 days before the check in date.
• Valid Booking cum Money Receipt and Original Identity Proof of all guest have to be shown at the time of check-in.
• Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization.
• Bank Transfers/ NEFT in the name of Explore Tourishubholidays LLP.
• Cancellation Charges: Less than 10 days 100% of the booking amount.
• 10 days and above but less than 20 days 50% of the booking amount.
• 20 days and above but less than 30 days 40% of the booking amount.
• 30 days and above 20% of the booking amount.
• In case of cancellation amount will be refunded within 7 working days automatically in the account from which payment was made. If refund is not received within 7 working days, applicant may submit, an application (email) for refund as admissible stating Name of booking person, Bank name, Branch name, Account No. and IFSC Code.
• 100% cancellation Charge once Booking is made for Super Peak Season.
• During the Durga Puja and 21st December to 26th January is the super peak season.
• If any Natural or political disaster happens, all guests are requested to postpone their package to avoid the cancellation charges.
