Booking and Cancellation

Share your preferred travel dates and group size with us. A 50% payment is required to confirm the booking, while 100% payment applies during super peak periods. Submit the required ID documents at least 14 days before travel. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before check-in.

If You Cancel

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package price:

• Super peak dates: No refund is available once booked for Christmas and New Year, from 20 December to 5 January, and during the Durga Puja period.
• Credit note: In special cases, a credit note for the amount paid may be offered for 3 to 6 months after review and supporting documents. The decision rests with Touristhub.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are made to the original payment account within 7 working days. If delayed, email your booking name and bank details. Agent bookings should be handled through the respective agent.
